Matthew's practice is currently centred on the acquisition and disposal of commercial sites, commercial leasing, development projects, residential conveyancing and property advisory work. He also provides advice in relation to structuring arrangements for real estate clients, including joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements.
