Matthew is a Principal in the firm's Real Estate and Projects team, providing specialist advice to real estate clients. His clients include local and interstate buyers and sellers of real property, developers, the Commonwealth and Territory Government, banks, and small and medium enterprises.

Matthew's practice is currently centred on the acquisition and disposal of commercial sites, commercial leasing, development projects, residential conveyancing and property advisory work. He also provides advice in relation to structuring arrangements for real estate clients, including joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements.

Matthew is known for his attention to detail and solid background in commercial transactional matters. He spent the early part of his career working in the dispute resolution team, which provides a great depth of experience to his real estate practice.
