Michael managed the ASX listing of the company and capital raising transaction ($70M+) to acquire 3 industry software companies and develop the requisite real time data platform, valuation algorithms to provide these solutions to real estate agents, agencies and the Australian public. In addition, Michael managed the company’s R&D refund project enabling the recovery of millions of dollars in government funding assistance, established the company’s ESOP plan with staff, documented material partnerships with Australia’s major banks and implemented the terms and conditions and other legal compliance matters associated with its onthehouse website servicing over 3M Australians per month.

Michael assisted the company raise over $20M in start-up and growth capital from high-net-worth investors and strategic partners including Chemist Warehouse. In addition, Michael managed the implementation and documentation of strategic partnerships with a number of Australia’s most well-known retail brands, as well as the company’s varied regulatory compliance functions with ASIC and compliance with Australia’s consumer credit laws, ACL requirements and BNPL exemptions under the Act.
