Nick acted on the sale and purchase of Tru Blu Beverages to global beverage business, Refresco Group B.V which completed in November 2022.
Tru Blu Beverages (which has since been rebranded to Refresco Australia) is a privately-owned beverage manufacturer focused on providing non-alcoholic beverages to Australia’s largest retailers and brand owners. Tru Blu Beverages employs over 400 staff and has three manufacturing facilities, located in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, supported by a distribution network with warehouses in all major Australian capital cities.
NAK Hair

Nick acted for the shareholders of NAK Hair on their 100% share divestment to private equity fund, Adamantem Capital for $80 million.
