Timothy is a Principal within the firm's Insurance and Commonwealth Government teams. He has over 15 years of experience specialising in personal injury, insurance law, administrative law, and litigation and dispute resolution. He appears in several jurisdictions, including the Personal Injury Commission, the District Court and the Supreme Court of NSW.
Timothy has been seconded to a major insurer and the federal government to assist with claims management, resolution of matters, drafting decisions, medical reviews, develop claims staff, and provide seminars and updates on legislative and regulatory changes. He was previously appointed as a sessional claims assessor of the Dispute Resolution Service of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority under the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 (NSW). He is well versed in administrative law and the importance of procedural fairness.
Timothy has acted for uninsured landlords involving personal injury claims made by tenants. His professional and proactive service for his clients enables him to achieve results, integrity, and respect across all areas of practice.
Timothy is currently studying a Master of Applied Law (Family Law).
