Matthew is a pragmatic lawyer who focuses on reliable and consistent methods of practice. 

Matthew is a Special Counsel within the firm's Planning and Environment team, bringing over ten years of specialist experience. He practises in planning, development, infrastructure and environment law.

Matthew has acted for the Commonwealth Government, the Queensland Government, major and regional local governments in Queensland, and government-owned corporations. He has also assisted distributor-retailer authorities concerning major policy and other advisory matters, compulsory acquisition, infrastructure agreements, and Planning and Environment Court litigation.

Matthew has a special interest in strategic infrastructure matters and has negotiated many infrastructure agreements for public and private sector clients.
