He has been representing insurers, local councils and uninsured defendants for 10 years in defence of personal injuries claims. He also does recovery work and property damage defence work for insurers.
Peter has experience in public liability, workplace, motor vehicle, commercial and insurance litigation, including recovery from other insurers in dual insurance.
