On behalf of the SCA, Nicole brings all applications before the Court to be determined. Unless the matters resolved by consent, Nicole takes the matters in question to the final hearing.

Nicole briefed counsel to appear overnight and prepared affidavit material, to which the magistrate was satisfied no order should be made against her client.

The father lived in Australia with children whilst the mother lived overseas. The mother wanted Orders for international relocation and agreed to a family report instead of court.

Nicole briefed the family report writer on all the relevant facts, who then recommended the children stay in Australia. Orders were then entered into by consent for children to remain in Australia.
