Upon investigation into the circumstances of the injury, it became apparent that the Claimant was a factory manager, responsible for implementing and enforcing an exclusion zone in which he himself had incorrectly entered. Lily and her team argued for a discount for contributory negligence and negotiated a commercial settlement in recognition of those actions to the satisfaction of the Client and its Insured.
