Jack Craig distils complex legal and factual issues into succinctcommercial advice

Jack is a specialist in sensitive claims, education law, and dispute resolution. He acts on behalf of religious organisations and education providers, and their insurers.

Jack represents defendants in litigated and unlitigated claims, with a focus on efficient resolution. He also routinely advises clients on regulatory, privacy, governance, and risk management issues.

Acting for religious organisations in the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, Jack has provided clients with guidance on significant legislative changes and developments in case law relating to child safety.

Jack has been recognised in the Best Lawyers in Australia Ones to Watch category for Insurance Law in 2023 and 2024.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. He is an accredited specialist in Dispute Resolution. He is currently undertaking his PhD in Laws at the University of Sydney, with his thesis examining expert evidence.

Jack works closely with his clients to protect their interests.
