Client Solutions

Client problem

The Queensland government’s changes in CTP advertising laws and change of insurer processes saw the client’s market share noticeably reduced.

outcome achieved

Paul successfully assisted the client in preparing and finalising submissions to the Queensland government to retain their market share. The submissions ensured that the CTP advertising laws had restrictions in place and that the change of CTP insurers remained a formal process.

Local Government

outcome achieved

Paul Tully successfully settled the matter in favour of his client, allowing them to terminate employees without risk of heavy financial losses.
