Trenton is a Principal in the firm's Insurance division. With a keen mind for getting to the heart of a dispute, he relishes in complex considerations of causation, liability and quantum in particularly difficult claims, and has a keen interest in developing technology and its intersection with the law.

Trenton provides advice and steers litigation for large insurers in high quantum disputes. He also assists in the conferencing, mediation and dispute resolution of matters within property insurance disputes.

In addition to his insurance work, Trenton also has a profound interest in emergent technology, including intellectual property and copyright online, privacy, media law, defamation and regulation of the Internet. He is often called upon to provide advice on the implementation of ‘best practice’ privacy, copyright and intellectual property safeguards for both companies and individuals.

Trenton is qualified in both law and psychology, providing a unique perspective when mediating and litigating disputes and overall dispute resolution. He exhibits clever judgement and has been involved in numerous landmark decisions on the assessment of quantum in personal injury matters, achieving outstanding results on behalf of his clients.
