McInnes Wilson Lawyers has advised a prominent residential developer on its land acquisition and construction facilities for a proposed 12 stage, 272 residential property project in Queensland.

The firm advised on the senior and mezzanine facilities (as well as the supporting securities and tripartite arrangements), which had a total drawdown value of more than $25 million.

The transaction combined McInnes Wilson Lawyer’s significant experience in financing arrangement for development and construction projects (both lender and borrower side) with its full service corporate and commercial advisory offering.
