We are proud to announce that the McInnes Wilson Lawyers' team recently led the successful business purchase of The World As I am for ECOllaboration, a charitable institution that provides ecological and environmental services and education.
The team was instrumental in negotiating a favourable contract, ensuring a smooth sale process and providing expert advice on taxation and duty.

- Contract negotiations;
- Completion of the acquisition; and
