McInnes Wilson Lawyers recently assisted Zen Group's development and consultancy division, ZenDev Pty Ltd, with the successful unconditional sale of Stage 2 of its Crestmead Village development.
Located at 148-160 Clarke Road, Crestmead, the retail centre is now successfully under contract and is home to tenancies including Anytime Fitness, City Cave and Stellarossa drive-thru.
The property was sold prior to auction with all tenancies in place. The firm assisted ZenDev with the preparation of all documentation required for the pre-contracting stages and is currently acting in the commercial conveyance, which is due to settle in November 2022.
