

Matthew has close to 20 years of experience in relation to complex litigation and commercial disputes. Matthew has worked closely with many of the top Australian and international insurers and self-insureds. He spent 5 years
in the UK, at which time he worked as internal legal counsel for various insurers.
Matthew’s work comprises professional indemnity, life insurance and personal injury claims. Matthew delivers high quality advice and service, focussed on achieving timely and desirable commercial resolution of disputes and litigation. He prides himself on his proactive work ethic and clear communication of strategy.
Matthew has been involved in large scale litigation including multi-million dollar claims involving professional negligence, D&O insurance and class actions (both in defence and on behalf of class members).
