Grace is a Senior Associate within the firm's Insurance team, working extensively in personal injury since 2014. She started her career as a Plaintiff lawyer in Victorian Workers' Compensation, including common law claims for damages, public liability, superannuation, medical negligence and motor vehicle claims. Grace successfully ran an appeal in the High Court on a point of law that has significance to Occupational Health and Safety and the Victorian workers' compensation space.
In 2017, Grace made the shift to Commonwealth workers' compensation, where she now advises Licensees in respect of workers' compensation claims under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Cth).
Grace is a lateral thinker and believes building a rapport with all parties involved is of the utmost importance for navigating litigation.
