Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

Our Commitment to Reconciliation

We are proud to introduce our inaugural “Reflect” Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), developed in partnership with Reconciliation Australia. This plan is a meaningful step in our journey towards reconciliation and demonstrates our commitment to fostering respect, understanding, and strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Through the Reflect RAP, we aim to deepen our understanding of the histories, cultures, and contributions of Australia’s First Nations peoples. This plan provides a framework for acknowledging past injustices and creating opportunities to listen, learn, and engage meaningfully.

By embedding diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation into our values and operations, we hope to create positive and lasting change within our organisation and the broader community.
