Melanie has a broad range of expertise in the development, acquisition and sale of property and leasing, and includes:

  • Conducting due diligence enquiries;
  • Negotiating and drafting sale contracts and options, development agreements and joint venture agreements;
  • Preparing and negotiating leases and associated documents;
  • Conveyance of property (acting for the seller or purchaser) for industrial and commercial property; and
  • Ancillary work such as preparation of deeds of surrender and variation deeds.
