Elena Collett is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Infrastructure Team.

Elena is a confident and experienced litigator, having successfully managed large-scale commercial litigation matters including complex proceedings in Queensland and New South Wales Supreme Courts and the High Court.

Her building and construction litigation experience includes disputes involving defective construction, delay and disruption, payment disputes and professional liability matters. She also regularly advises building industry stakeholders on a variety of contractual dispute matters.

Elena provides a commercial approach to litigation and dispute resolution. She takes the time to evaluate and understand each client’s needs, provide realistic and achievable options and tailor her advice to meet the client’s commercial objectives and goals.
