Carmen is a Senior Associate in our Insurance industry group.

Throughout her legal career, Carmen has appeared in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, as well as the ACT Courts, and has been an invaluable instructing solicitor in many administrative law and criminal law matters in the Federal Court of Australia and the ACT Supreme Court. Carmen has also engaged in numerous alternative dispute resolutions as part of her work with Comcare in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.  Carmen is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, public administration and governance, judicial review and merits review, and statutory interpretation.

Carmen is a member of the ACT Law Society. In addition to a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Carmen holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Australian National University.
