Austin is a Senior Associate practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency. He acts for a broad range of clients including major banks, credit unions, government agencies, insolvency practitioners and businesses of all sizes.

He has experience with disputes concerning land and personal property, building and construction matters, intellectual property, professional negligence, trade practices matters, product liability and all aspects of debt recovery.

Austin also acts for insolvency practitioners with respect to all kinds of external administrations, including in relation to large and complex windings up.
