Shelley is a commercial litigation lawyer specialising in commercial transactions, dispute resolution and insolvency. Shelley appears regularly in the ACT Supreme and Magistrates Courts and in the Federal Court. Shelley is a strong negotiator with experience advising clients on a range of complex issues. Shelley was admitted to practice in 2005 and worked in national firms (and one Canberra based firm) following admission. Shelley has the proven ability to achieve commercial resolutions at an early stage of matters and provides efficient and practical advice to her clients on a range of technical legal issues.

Shelley has been named by Doyle’s Guide since 2017 as a recommended commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, and was named in Best Lawyers in Australia in its 2019 Ed for commercial law.
