Jordan is a Principal in our Disputes & Insolvency team, who has particular expertise in Insolvency, Turnaround Management and Commercial Litigation.

Jordan’s advice is sought by Government and Financial Institutions, Insolvency Practitioners, Directors, Creditors and Debtors in personal and corporate insolvency situations.   His goal is to provide direct, commercial advice which achieves the desired outcomes for those clients.

Jordan also has experience in commercial litigation including trade practices matters, contractual disputes and debt recovery with a particular interest on equitable remedies.

As a member of the Turnaround Management Association and ARITA, Jordan seeks to educate and assist those in financial distress, at the earliest stage possible, to rebuild businesses and livelihoods.  He is a regular presenter and author to peers, industry groups and clients on various topics within these areas.
