Matt is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Team and specialises in professional indemnity, life insurance, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Matt also has experience acting in disciplinary proceedings and acting for professional indemnity and public liability insurers in defending claims brought under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld).
Matt acts for a broad range of insurer and commercial clients and has experience acting in complex and large scale litigation.
He has an eye for detail in investigating claims and focuses on providing cost effective strategic advice and commercial outcomes.
