What service entity arrangements are caught by the new Queensland labour hire licensing laws?

Michael Hinchcliffe, Associate of McInnes Wilson Lawyers, will look at the new licensing scheme for labour hire services and how this might affect service entity arrangements. We will consider the requirements for obtaining a licence, the need to consider existing structures and agreements, and whether new service agreements are required.

Conveyancing Withholding- 2 recent regimes, and their practical impacts. 

Chris Davis, Principal of McInnes Wilson Lawyers, will consider practicalities of the two recent conveyancing withholding regimes: the Foreign Resident Capital Gains Withholding Regime which has been in place for almost 2 years; and the soon to commence New Premises GST Withholding regime.
