Our half day seminar, held on Wednesday, 19 July 2017 will be provided by our specialist in Commonwealth workers’ compensation Athena Cains, Senior Associate.
Athena has significant experience in the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and regularly acts for Comcare in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as well as provides training to HR professionals in relation to the Act. Athena will be discussing the High Court’s decision in Martin and how that decision may affect Agencies. Past participants have described Athena’s training as informative, valuable, relevant and enjoyable.
The seminar will include morning tea and an opportunity to network over lunch with other participants.
