In a significant win for our client, McInnes Wilson Lawyers is proud to announce the successful registration of a youth charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). This achievement opens the door for the charity to make a lasting impact in supporting young individuals in reaching their goals.

McInnes Wilson Lawyers supported the client throughout the registration process, including:

  • Establishing a company limited by guarantee and drafting of the Foundation’s constitution to align with its charitable objectives;
  • Providing assistance with developing the Foundation’s Business Plan and related policies;
  • Preparing the Foundation’s charity registration application for submission with the ACNC;
  • Responding to ACNC’s request for information regarding the Foundation’s objectives and activities; and
  • Providing general advice to the Foundation’s board on a range of charitable and company matters.

Under the leadership of Principal Anthea Faherty, our team ensured a smooth registration process, paving the way for our client to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

We invite you to explore how McInnes Wilson Lawyers can assist your organisation in achieving its charitable goals.
