McInnes Wilson Lawyers have appointed nationally two new principals, five special counsel, six senior associates and 15 associates.
These promotions provide an opportunity for the firm to acknowledge the success and efforts of our practitioners and to continue evolving and growing the firm as a whole.
McInnes Wilson encourages every employee to proactively be apart of a learning organisation and is committed to enhancing its peoples’ capabilities and career progressions. Managing Director, Paul Tully, said, “The large influx of internal promotions was highly exciting and an indication of the contributions by staff to the success of the firm over the past 12 months.”
McInnes Wilson as a firm believe that diversity and gender equality is a culture, created through sound leadership, empathy and mutual appreciation. The firm is consistently working towards fostering a workplace culture that eradicates gender bias, discrimination and exclusivity, and sustaining a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
