McInnes Wilson Lawyers Assists With 100% Share Divestment for Tough Dog

McInnes Wilson Lawyers has successfully assisted a client with the sale of their 4WD accessories and automotive parts business, Tough Dog, to Thai-listed company Aeroklas Asia Pacific for $70million. 

The acquisition of Tough Dog is the fourth sizeable purchase by Aeroklas in Australia, with the transaction combining the firm's significant experience in the automotive sector with its full-service corporate and commercial advisory and M&A offerings.

McInnes Wilson lawyers advised the client in all aspects of the transaction, including: 

  • Contract negotiations; 
  • Employment-related matters; 
  • Taxation and structuring matters;
  • Undertaking due diligence; 
  • Completion of the acquisition; and
  • All post-completion matters.
