McInnes Wilson Lawyers has assisted the shareholders of NAK Hair Australia on a 100% share divestment.

The transaction was completed in June 2022 and combined the firm's significant experience in the health and beauty sector with its full service corporate and commercial advisory and M&A offerings.

The Commercial team was led by Principals
Christopher Davis and Anthea Faherty and Senior Associate Nick Camphin. They were assisted by other teams in the firm, including the Employment and Industrial Relations team (Principal James Christensen) and the Real Estate and Projects team (led by Principal Brian Schech).

Joint Managing Director of NAK, John Cash, said:

"It's with much gratitude we would like to thank the team at McInnes Wilson Lawyers for the wonderful work they have done to bring this deal together. They have all been incredibly passionate and diligent, working with us almost daily for the past few months. We could not have been more supported through the process and certainly would not have got to completion without the hard work of Nick Camphin, Anthea Faherty, Chris Davis and Brian Schech."

When discussing the matter, Chris Davis said, "McInnes Wilson Lawyers brought a range of skills and expertise to help this deal happen, from a range of areas of expertise. It is pleasing to have assisted such a long-standing client of the firm in such a successful transaction."
