McInnes Wilson Lawyers advised Alceon Qld on its $64 million acquisition of 28 MacGregor Street, Upper Mount Gravatt. The building is situated next to Westfield Mt Gravatt Shopping Centre (formerly known as Garden City) containing six levels of commercial office space and 401 car parks with the Australian Tax Office as a long-standing tenant.

This acquisition follows Alceon Qld’s recent $73 million acquisition of 40 Tank Street, Brisbane which McInnes Wilson Lawyers also advised on.
