McInnes Wilson is pleased to welcome Scott Moloney as a new Principal in the firm’s Government and Administrative Law practice.

Scott joins from national law firm Mills Oakley, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in government advisory, administrative law, legislative and policy development, privacy regulation and litigation. He has built a strong reputation advising Commonwealth agencies on statutory interpretation, regulatory frameworks and tribunal advocacy, with extensive experience acting as a solicitor advocate before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Courts.

McInnes Wilson’s Chairman of Principals, Glenn Caligaris, is delighted about Scott’s appointment, stating: “Scott’s expertise in government law and regulatory matters will be invaluable to our clients.
