McInnes Wilson announces the growth of its Disputes and Insolvency practice with the hire of Angelina Kozary, a new Principal who joins the Sydney office this week.
Angelina is an insolvency, restructuring and litigation specialist with 17 years’ experience, previously holding roles at Piper Alderman, ERA Legal and most recently, Holman Webb Lawyers.
Angelina provides strategic legal support to commercial clients and individuals in shareholder disputes, debt recovery, and contractual conflicts.
Having acted in high-profile cases before the Supreme and Federal Courts in New South Wales and Victoria, Angelina has a proven track record of guiding her clients through financial distress and helping them navigate complex legal challenges.
