Alfred started his legal career at McInnes Wilson Lawyers in 2020 when he joined our Graduate Program. Working in the corporate and commercial advisory team, he has found that no two days are the same. While the hands-on experience is fantastic, it is the great people and good times that make the experience something he's never going to forget.

Xavier commenced his journey with McInnes Wilson Lawyers in 2016 when he became a law clerk. Three years on, he's started the Graduate program. Although law can be a fast-paced environment, he's found that his colleagues take the time to expand his learning.

Staff Testimonial 1

I would definitely recommend the Graduate Program to other graduates. Completing your legal training through placement in real teams and working on real matters for clients is something that can’t be matched by the ‘classroom’ style alternatives. It helps set you apart from others and gives you a head start when you begin working as an admitted solicitor.

Staff Testimonial 2

McInnes Wilson Lawyers has supported my professional growth through a range of learning and development opportunities. The mentoring program encourages and monitors both my personal and professional development as a lawyer, and the regular seminars, continued learning in-house and courses ensure that I am always informed.
