Scott is an experienced government and administrative lawyer who is familiar with all aspects of public law.
Scott has over 20 years of experience in government advisory, administrative law, legislative and policy development, privacy regulation and litigation.
He has built a strong reputation advising Commonwealth agencies on statutory interpretation, regulatory frameworks and tribunal advocacy, with extensive experience acting as a solicitor advocate before the Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Courts.
Scott holds a high level security clearance issued by AGSVA (sponsored by the Royal Australian Navy) and has previously held an employment suitability clearance issued by the Department of Home Affairs.
