Chelsea is an Associate in McInnes Wilson Lawyers’ Education, Employment, and Commercial team. Since commencing with the firm in 2018 through its clerkship and graduate program, Chelsea has developed extensive expertise in workplace relations, advising employers on the full spectrum of employment and industrial law issues across both Commonwealth and State jurisdictions.

Specialising in matters relating to industrial relations, education, workplace health and safety, investigations, child safety, and discrimination, Chelsea provides pragmatic and tailored advice to help clients navigate complex legal landscapes. She also regularly represents employers in the Federal Courts and Fair Work Commission, defending claims with a focus on achieving favourable and practical outcomes.

Chelsea is passionate about fostering strong client relationships and delivering individualised solutions that align with her clients' objectives. With the 2023 introduction of psychosocial hazard regulations, Chelsea has been at the forefront of advising employers on their obligations, offering strategic guidance to mitigate workplace risks and maintain compliance
